数字化印前企业经营绩效评估指标设计之研究

摘要:

印前作业的环境随着科技更新，人们的需要及环境的变迁，由传统的手工制作演变至今成为数字化、计算机化的作业型态。在这转变中，印前相关产业不断的跟进，调整经营型态，不外乎想在这竞争的经营市场中，占有一席之地，并为公司赚取更多的利润。然而在评估公司是否有绩效达到预定的目标时，最重要需有一个评估的项目指针来作为依据，所以本研究尝试以平衡计分卡中所提及的财务构面、顾客构面、企业内部流程构面以及创新与学习构面为方向，为数字化印前作业经营建立出合适之绩效评估指标，期使印前作业相关产业在多变的环境下亦能永续经营。

Abstract:

With the improvement of technology, and also with the change of people needs and the change of the whole environment, the environmental type of the prepress enterprises develop from a manual one into a digitalized, computerized one. Within these changes, the prepress enterprises keep adjusting their business types. What they want is both to take a place in the business market full of keen competition and to make more profits for their own companies. However, while evaluating whether a company reaches its goals in business performance, we need some evaluation indicators. This research tries to construct some proper indicators for evaluating the business performance of the prepress enterprises by considering the aspects mentioned in the balanced scorecard? the financial aspect, the customer aspect, the business internal process aspect, and the innovation and learning aspect. The goal is to help the prepress enterprises be able to keep operating in good condition under the changing circumstances.
