Located in Chung-Ho, a Taipei suburb, on a 6600sqm space, with a 35 year history, and a recently trimmed workforce of 126, of which the averaged age is 33 and 30% has college degrees including three masters, Red & Blue is proud of its high product quality and profit margins. Its factory seems to be well managed, with a centralized ink distribution system, dust and fume filters, and an acoustically insulated compressor room for delivery of compressed air. Many of these innovations, environmental measures, and automations are locally designed, developed and applied. Employees are encouraged to travel and attend meetings. Summer students (~20) from printing colleges are supported with allowances.
