Located in To-Chen, a satellite town of Taipei, on a multiple-story industrial complex of 18,000sqm, and with an annual sale of NT900M Shen's is considered to be Taiwan's foremost automated printing factory, the first and only to attain both ISO9002 and ISO14001. Its interior is centrally temperature, humidity, dust, and chemical pollution controlled. It has a workforce of 200, more than 20% of which are college graduates. Employees are encouraged to travel, attend meetings, and own company stocks. Summer students (~10) from printing colleges are supported with living allowances.
